For an entire career we have been profitably building communities and one off custom homes, multi-family and commercial buildings. There has always been opportunity but today its bigger than ever. We are facing a massive housing shortage of over 5.24 million homes in the US as of June 2021. As a developer who ran two of the biggest retail builders in the country there has never been a better time for expansion. For our investor this shortage provides a secure road ahead with solid returns.
We are now in a builders market. The building construction landscape is vastly different post pandemic as a greater importance has been put on ones home as working remotely becomes the new norm. A growing trend has come front and center. The new generation home buyer is demanding a greener, more sustainable, smarter home. The building industry is seeing more innovation & disruption with better building materials, technologies and systems. This has evolved into what is now called a smart home or home of the future. Our research team has been at the forefront of these innovations and our company has positioned itself as a leader in the space. While we’ve had great success in the past, we are taking it to a whole new level. Our teams have joined together as a disruptive force to revolutionize the building industry. Chiefly is the replacing wood as the primary building material.  After 10 years of evaluating every building product on the market we finally found one that met all of our criteria and then some.  Introducing Omni Block the single biggest differentiator in how we are approaching construction is the exterior structure.  We are now 100% wood-free in the construction of all our walls.  Each of our homes are built with the highest rated energy efficient carbon cured block with a life span in the hundreds of years.  This impacts the long term economics for home energy costs, significantly reduced maintenance cost, year-round comfort, longevity of the home, eliminating wood rot, mold, fire, wind or storm damage, termites and ultimately superior home safety.  All roofs incorporate solar panels with installed battery cells that will store energy.  Along with water-efficient systems with grey-water and filter purification systems centralized into the home plumbing structure.
